As i lay on the bed
when the clock struck midnight
you come to me
just like the first time
when two became one
you stand by the side
waiting patiently
everyday and everynight
you wait for me to wake up
from this sleep
to see you
to caress you
to be together
forever and ever
tonight is the night
dressed in my best clothes
with my dancing shoes on
you guide me across the dance floor
smiling from ear to ear
a thousand flash lights clicking
hand in hand
with one last kiss goodbye
i make my move
for tonite is my last dance
my last dance for love
my last dance to be together
closing my eyes for the final time
i dance away for the last time
i dance away from this life
to be with you forever and ever.
