waking up sunlight, opened up my eyes as the tears stream down my face, armed with a new resolve as thoughts of wondorous moments, from in a dream she calls to me, as the sounds of thunder shook the sky wandering across the universe, as i quietly slip my hand into yours To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe. – Anatole France Without leaps of imagination, or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming, after all, is a form of planning. – Gloria Steinem Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world. – Harriet Tubman I think we dream so we don’t have to be apart so long. If we’re in each others dreams, we can be together all the time. – Hobbes
kicking and screaming
thinking i am drowning
and swallowed by the sea;
assuring me, the nightmare
is over atleast for the time being,
and a beautiful day awaits my presence;
i sat there holding a cup of coffee,
reconstructing the nightmare
that seems to plague me every night;
to chase away this nightmare, i
settled down among the feathery grass
and inbetween the beautiful yellow flowers;
sneaked into my daydreams,
basking in the rays of sunshine,
i hoped that life and time would stand still;
whispering my name
asking me to trust in her,
and promising no games;
I sit here watching the clouds roll by
reminding myself yet again,
there is no time for lies;
living through past mistakes
as the winds of change blow hard
everything fades away for good;
and we watch the night drape over us
i am in heaven with you
in this nostalgic rose-tinted dream;

Dreams pass into the reality of action. From the actions stems the dream again; and this interdependence produces the highest form of living. – Anais Nin
